Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what is strictly needed. When you send a joke, we store the recipient's name and email or phone number for delivery. When you pay, Stripe processes your card — we never see or store card numbers. Your email is saved as a receipt address only.

How we use it

• Delivering jokes to recipients
• Sending payment receipts
• Processing subscription management via magic links
• Improving joke quality via anonymous Ha/Meh reactions

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not send marketing emails
• We do not build user profiles
• We do not require accounts or passwords

Cookies

We use a single anonymous cookie to track which jokes you've seen on the homepage so you get fresh jokes. It expires after 90 days and contains no personal information.

Data retention

Delivery records are kept for up to 1 year. Subscription data is kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@sayajoke.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
